Education is key to successful future of CICA Member States
Representatives of education-related organizations and institutions from CICA Member States had a productive exchange of experience on education in the time of COVID-19 in an online format on June 28, 2021.
The seminar in the field of education was initiated by the Republic of Kazakhstan under the human dimension and was designed to promote effective regional cooperation among the CICA Member States in the field of education, establishing contacts among educational institutions.
In her welcoming speech, Deputy Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat Ms. Chi Fang noted that it was important to make every effort to establish cooperation among Member States in order to discuss possible joint measures in the field of education and give an adequate response in the context of the pandemic.
Participants of the meeting discussed issues of further cooperation in the field of preschool and secondary, technical and vocational, as well as in the field of higher education in the time of COVID-19.
As a result, the participants agreed to actively interact and deepen cooperation among educational institutions of the CICA Member States.
The event was attended by speakers from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, India, Israel, Korea, Palestine, Russia, as well as representatives of education-related organizations and institutions from CICA Member States.
