The CICA Special Working Group (SWG) will resume its session under the Chairmanship of Kazakhstan to continue discussions on updating the Rules of Procedure. This work is part of the ongoing process of transforming CICA into a full-fledged regional international organization, a process initiated at the sixth CICA Summit in Astana in 2022.
The previous SWG meetings, held on 20 and 27 August, initiated a series of consultations focused on preparations for the upcoming 7th Ministerial Council Meeting in December.
