The CICA Special Working Group (SWG) will be convened by Chairmanship of Azerbaijan back to back with first SOC meeting in 2025 to discuss CICA transformation, including draft CICA Charter, concept of a CICA women council, establishing a CICA Finance Summit and 2025 workplan of CICA Think Tank Forum.
