The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, assisted by the CICA Secretariat, will reconvene the CICA Special Working Group to advance deliberations on the transformation of CICA. The meeting will address key items, including the draft CICA Charter, concept of the CICA Women Council and establishing the CICA Finance Summit.
