On 21 July 2025, the CICA Senior Officials Committee (SOC) will convene in Astana at the new CICA Headquarters, under the Chairmanship of Azerbaijan, to hold the annual review of the implementation of CICA confidence building measures with a focus on the environmental dimension, discuss the Staff Matrix of the CICA Secretariat and consider other current issues.
