The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.
Indonesia remains a close counterpart of CICA and a constant supporter of the CICA process in its capacity of Observer State. We believe that there is potential to expand these ties in the spirit of mutually beneficial interaction, with the view that Indonesia will eventually become a full-fledged Member of the Conference.
