The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) congratulates the Republic of Uzbekistan on its Independence Day.
We express our appreciation to Uzbekistan for its unwavering support of CICA’s activities and the efforts of the Kazakh Chairmanship, including in promoting the common objective of transforming CICA. We hope that, with Uzbekistan’s coordination, the interaction of the Member States within the human dimension will strengthen mutual understanding and trust across the CICA area.
