The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) expresses its sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
Viet Nam has proven to be an active contributor to the CICA process, though we are confident that there is much more potential in our mutually beneficial engagement. Especially as CICA is currently in the process of becoming a full-fledged international organization, bringing our multilateral dialogue and cooperation to a new level.
With this in mind, we also count on more exchanges between the CICA Secretariat and the ASEAN Secretariat as both organizations have great potential to synergize their efforts in enhancing multilateralism in our region.
