The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia extends its warmest congratulations on the occassion of the 53rd National Day of the United Arab Emirates
Ever since it joined CICA in 2008, the UAE has been a very valuable and active Member State, having contributed in multiple ways to CICA’s further strengthening. As we witness the growing role of Asia in global affairs, We are grateful to the UAE for supporting the shared efforts towards CICA transformation led by the outgoing Chairmanship of Kazakhstan.
With the UAE’s vast political, economic and technological capacity, including its leadership in sustainable energy and environmental development, we hope to see greater engagement of Abu Dhabi in the practical implementation of confidence building measures.
On this festive occasion, the Secretariat extends its best wishes for good health, prosperity, and continued success to the people of UAE.
