The Secretariat of the Conference on Interactionand Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its sincere congratulations to the State of Kuwait on the occasion of its National Day.
We are sincerely grateful to the Kuwaiti Government for its financial contributions to CICA budget, which reaffirm the country's commitment to strengthening CICA in its historic transformation path. We are particularly thankful to Kuwait for its valuable efforts to promote multilingualism within CICA.
It is our firm belief that Kuwait, being the newest Member State with enormous human potentialand proactive international stance, can contribute a unique added value to CICA, as we embark on implementing the priorities of the Azerbaijani Chairmanship. In particular, We hope to see greater engagement of Kuwait in implementing confidence building measures in specific priority areas of the CICA Catalogue of CBMs.
