The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends warm congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (APK).
The APK contributes to the creation of favourable conditions for further strengthening of interethnic understanding and tolerance in the society.
The Assembly’s underlying notions of interethnic and intercultural dialogue and harmony have become the cornerstone of CICA. We firmly believe that the CICA partner organization status acquired by the APK 11 years ago will further facilitate the meaningful and fruitful cooperation between the two organizations for the sake of security and stability in the CICA region.
The Secretariat takes this opportunity to wish the people of Kazakhstan peace, prosperity and unity.
