I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in the Afghanistan capital outside the building of the Foreign Ministry on 11 January that killed and injured innocent people.
There is no any justification to any terrorist act, regardless by what groups and for what purposes they are undertaken.
We mourn the loss of lives and the suffering of Afghan citizens and look forward to the establishment of sustainable peace and stability in the long-suffering land of Afghanistan, the Member State of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA).
CICA strongly supports and makes its own contribution to the efforts of the international community to strengthen peace, security and stability on the vast Asian continent, including at jointly countering terrorism and all its manifestations.
