Participants: First and middle-ranked law enforcement officers of anti- smuggling units, whose responsibility is to fight against smuggling.
Objectives: This program aims to provide participants with sufficient knowledge and capacity to effectively manage and combat smuggling investigations. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
✔ Comprehend the Smuggling Crime Investigation System which should be applied in the stages of collecting information and data on the type, scope, and content of the crime, evidence, determination of possible targets, operation, and evidence collection within the scope of organized crime investigations,
✔ Explain various types of smuggling offenses and methods widely used by smugglers,
✔ Conduct risk analysis and profiling to detect smuggling activities,
✔ Comprehend the legal definitions and regulations related to the types of crimes evaluated in smuggling crimes,
✔ Classify the special investigation techniques applied in smuggling crimes,
✔ Successfully plan, execute and manage anti-smuggling investigations and operations,
✔ Take accurate and comprehensive statements using effective investigation techniques and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
