CICA Artificial Intelligence Art Competition — Winners Announced

 

The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) is pleased to announce the winners of the CICA Artificial Intelligence Art Competition 2025, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Held under the theme “Youth Empowerment in Green and Sustainable Development Goals,” this year’s competition brought together talented young artists from across the CICA region, inviting them to explore how emerging technologies can contribute to a more sustainable and interconnected Asia.

More than 260 AI-generated artworks were submitted by participants from CICA Member States, reflecting diverse cultural perspectives and shared aspirations for a greener future driven by innovation and creativity.

Winners:

1. Alishba Ilyas — Islamic Republic of Pakistan
2. Jayalathge Suchari Gathara Jayalath — Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
3. Md Shahriar Azad Evan — People’s Republic of Bangladesh

CICA expresses its sincere appreciation to all participants for their inspiring contributions and to the members of the international jury for their valuable engagement in this meaningful initiative.

As part of their award, the winners will receive a fully funded four-day visit to Baku, Azerbaijan, to participate in the official awarding ceremony on 12 November in the frame of the CICA Youth Council and enjoy a cultural program.

CICA reaffirms its commitment to empowering youth and fostering innovation as essential drivers of peace, cooperation, and sustainable development across Asia.
