The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its heartfelt congratulations on the 22nd anniversary of the Agreement on the SCO RATS.
The CICA Secretariat commends the partnership between our organizations established with the signing of the Protocol on Cooperation between the CICA Secretariat and the SCO RATS in 2017 and stands ready to further deepen interaction with the SCO RATS Executive Committee to enhance peace and security in Asia.
