The CICA Secretariat extends its congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.
The Secretariat places great importance in the participation of Belarus as an Observer State of CICA and expresses hope for continued close cooperation in order to strengthen trust and harmony in the CICA region.
