The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its sincere congratulations to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) on the 25th anniversary of its founding!
Over a quarter of a century, the SCO has evolved from a joint aspiration to strengthen confidence-building measures in the border area into a mature organization of multifaceted cooperation, uniting 10 states and establishing partnership relations with 15 countries across the Eurasian continent.
We highly value the partnership relations between CICA and the SCO, established in 2014 with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, and look forward to continuing our fruitful cooperation!
