The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) congratulates the Kyrgyz Republic on its national holiday – Independence Day!
The Secretariat highly values Bishkek's participation in CICA activities and hopes that interaction within the framework of the Organization will continue to contribute to the strengthening of mutual trust, stability and security in the region.
Availing itself of this opportunity, CICA Secretariat congratulates the Kyrgyz Republic on its election as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for 2027–2028, and wishes success for the upcoming meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the SCO+ format meeting in Bishkek.
