The CICA Finance Summit is an advisory body of CICA aimed at promoting practical cooperation among designated national financial institutions of Member States, strengthening dialogue on financial connectivity, investment cooperation, sustainable and digital finance, public-private partnership and supporting regional economic development across Asia.

Under the Azerbaijani Chairmanship of CICA, the Regulations of the CICA Finance Summit were adopted by the CICA Informal Ministerial Council in New York on 25 September 2025 by Decision No. MC/2025/DEC/3. The Regulations define the objectives, structure, membership and working procedures of the Finance Summit.

In accordance with the Regulations, the Astana International Financial Centre Authority JSC of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been appointed as the Chair of the CICA Finance Summit, and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been appointed as the Co-Chair.
