The Secretariat of the Conference of Interaction and Confidence Building in Asia (CICA) conveys its sincere congratulations to the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) on the Day of its establishment.
We highly commend the role of TURKPA in promoting inter-parliamentary cooperation and political dialogue, as well as in converging and harmonizing national legislation among Turkic States, which are also members of the CICA family.
