The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its sincere congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of Thailand.
We highly appreciate the role of Thailand as a Member State of CICA, especially its constructive approach that allowed us to successfully hold the Sixth CICA Summit, and hope it will be further strengthened in the coming years for the sake of peace, stability, prosperity and stronger multilateral cooperation in Asia.
