The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its congratulations to the Republic of Tajikistan on its Independence Day.
We express our confidence that Tajikistan's active role will contribute to the strengthening of CICA and further increase during the process of transformation of CICA into a full-fledged international organization.
We hope that Tajikistan will continue to make significant efforts to implement confidence building measures within CICA as the coordinator in the area of tourism.
