The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) congratulates the Republic of Korea on the occasion of its National Foundation Day.
South Korea has been an important CICA Member State and we especially appreciate its unwavering support to the transformation of CICA into an international organization.
