The Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) congratulates the Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of its Independence Day.
Cambodia has been an important CICA Member State and the Secretariat especially appreciates its support and constructive approach to the transformation of CICA into an international organization.
