The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) expresses its warmest congratulations on the occasion of the 75th Republic Day of India.
India has always been an active member of CICA, demonstrating its unwavering support of the CICA process with concrete result-oriented actions. CICA commends India’s valuable contribution to the practical implementation of Confidence Building Measures in the “Combating terrorism” and “Epidemiological safety” priority areas.
The Secretariat looks forward to India’s further initiatives within the CICA framework, including ideas on the realization of the CICA Action Plan for the implementation of the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy.
