The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its sincere congratulations to the State of Kuwait on the occasion of its National Day.
The CICA Secretariat was delighted to welcome Kuwait to the CICA family as a Member State at the historic Sixth CICA Summit in 2022.
Kuwait has been a continuous supporter of CICA’s strategic goals and ambitious plans, including the ongoing transformation process. As a practical input to CICA’s activities, the Kuwaiti Government’s decision to make a voluntary contribution to the budget of our Secretariat is much appreciated.
