The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) expresses its sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Establishment Day of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan (APK).
The APK contributes to creating favourable conditions necessary to maintain inter-ethnic understanding and tolerance in the society. The collaborative efforts of CICA Member States within the human dimension framework prioritize vital concepts, such as inter-ethnic dialogue and peace.
We firmly believe that cooperation between CICA and the APK will contribute to the shared goal of promoting security, stability and inter-ethnic harmony in the region.
