A delegation of sixteen senior Military and civil Officers from National Defense College (NDC) India, headed by Major General Mr. Harkirat Singh, visited the Secretariat of Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) on August 27, 2019. This visit was the part of Military-Political dimension of the CICA, which was initiated by the Embassy of India in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Simultaneously, a briefing and interactive session to Defense Attaches of CICA Member States based in Nur-Sultan was also organized by the Secretariat. Military and diplomatic representatives from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, UAE and Uzbekistan attended the session.
