Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat Kairat Sarybay and Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Dr. Sajjad Ahmed Seehar discussed opportunities for the increased cooperation within CICA at a warm and friendly meeting held in Nur-Sultan on February 03, 2021.

The CICA Secretariat has the honor to congratulate the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the occasion of the Independence Day!

Aide to the President Mr. Murat Nurtleu as well as First Deputy Foreign Minister Mr. Shakhrat Nuryshev paid a visit to the headquarters of the CICA Secretariat on February 3, 2021, as part of their mandate given by President of Kazakhstan Mr. Tokayev.

The Ambassador of Egypt affirmed her commitments to the promotion of CICA and expressed readiness to facilitate the development of the Forum.

Kyrgyzstan is committed to the goals and objectives of the CICA in line with the principles of its multi-vector and pragmatic foreign policy H.E. President of Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Sadyr Zhaparov stated during the meeting with representatives of international organizations in Bishkek.

Prospects of development in CICA space by inter-regional cooperation and coordinated efforts were discussed during an online meeting between the Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat Ambassador Kairat Sarybay, and H.E. Mr. Kim Heng Meas Ambassador of Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Turkey, on January 20, 2021. Ambassador Kim Heng Meas is concurrently responsible for cooperation with CICA.

Prospects of peace building in Afghanistan and the CICA potential in this process have been discussed during the meeting of the Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat Ambassador K.Sarybay with the Charge d'Affaires of Afghanistan in Kazakhstan, Mr. Aziz Omar.

The issues of contribution in the promotion of peace, stability and security in Asia were discussed at the virtual meeting of the Executive Director of CICA Secretariat, Ambassador Kairat Sarybay, with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bangladesh in Moscow, H.E. Mr. Kamrul Ahsan, on 11 January 2021.

Steps for further interaction were discussed at the online meeting of the Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat Ambassador Kairat Sarybay with H.E. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Beijing Dr. Anvar Alabdullah, concurrently responsible for cooperation with CICA.
